Jose Mello BRA-21

June 24, 2015 Written by admin
Even as a weekend amateur slalom windsurfer, I’m always looking for performance, stability and comfort while sailing. So, it’s very important to use the correct equipment and the perfect trim. Today I consider that the use of the correct fin is very important, if not the most important part of the windsurf setup. Since I started to use IFJU fins, my sailing improve a lot. The increase of speed and the stability, make my sailing so easy, that I can stay much more time on water. My quiver is a Starboard Isonic 107, with sails 7.2 and 7.8. They fit perfect to my IFJU SL 36cm and 38cm. In Brazil, my favorite sailing spots are Araruama Lagoon in Rio de Janeiro, and Fortaleza in Ceara state. They are perfect to windsurf with very good winds and a nice temperature during the whole year. Hope to see you there soon!!
