Rake : 4, 5 , 6 - were 0 is 90 degress from the trailing edge to the board tail .. ( rake 4 = 4 degrees and rake 6= 6 degrees ; lower rake will give a better angle but will bring your board nose down and add pressure on your front leg,,, while higher rake will lift up the nose of the board ,, add speed and put more pressure on your back leg ,, .. )
The best overall rake for slalom fins are :
- Rake 3 ( fins 52 - 47 )
- Rake 4 ( fins 46-43)
- Rake 5 ( fins 42- 40)
- Rake 6 ( fins 39-32 )
